The application process: fair and transparent

It is important to us that you should always feel well looked after during the application process. And that is why we wish to provide transparent information about the process here.

We are pleased to present the process for handing in an application for a specific vacancy or a speculative application in detail. This is a standard procedure, although we may depart from the procedure in some cases.



1. step: application

If you have found a suitable job among the vacancies, you can either use the application form to apply, or the e-mail address given in the advertisement.

2. step: verification of the documents

Then we will confirm receipt of your application and examine your documents. Should there be any questions or if documents are missing, we will contact you immediately. We ask you to be patient, as it takes time to go through all application folders.


3. step: interview

If we like your application, we will invite you to an interview with representatives of the HR department and from the relevant specialist department.


4. step: second interview

Normally a second interview takes place a few days after the first, so that certain points can be discussed in greater detail. This also allows you to view your future workplace and to get to know team members.


5. step: references

In the last step in the process, we will call in the references from one or more of the referees you listed in your application.


6. step: concrete offer of employment

If you have managed to convince us and we can imagine working with you, we will make you a specific offer of employment.
