Organisational changes within Bouygues E&S InTec: Ready for new challenges

The former Alpiq InTec Group has been operating under the name Bouygues Energies & Services InTec since 22 October 2018. In order to ensure success in a challenging environment and to exploit existing syn-ergies with its sister company Bouygues Energies & Services Switzerland, organisational adjustments were made with immediate effect.

As already communicated at the end of October, there are now 4 instead of 3 strategic business areas: Building Services, Energy Transport Telecom, major projects and the newly created Facility Management and New Business segment.

The central changes at a glance:

Marius Krämer and Alain Raymond head the Building Services business area (divided into regions). Enzo Moliterni (new), Managing Director of Bouygues Energies & Services Switzerland (Facility Ma-nagement), will assume responsibility for the newly established Facility Management and New Business division in addition to his current responsibilities at Bouygues Energies & Services Switzerland.
