The former Alpiq InTec Group has been operating under the name Bouygues Energies & Services InTec since 22 October 2018. In order to ensure success in a challenging environment and to exploit existing syn-ergies with its sister company Bouygues Energies & Services Switzerland, organisational adjustments were made with immediate effect.
As already communicated at the end of October, there are now 4 instead of 3 strategic business areas: Building Services, Energy Transport Telecom, major projects and the newly created Facility Management and New Business segment.
The central changes at a glance:
Bouygues E&S InTec Switzerland: Building technology is the core business of Bouygues Energies & Services InTec. Marius Krämer and Alain Raymond head the Building Services business area (divided into regions). Lars Losinger (Head of Building Services Central/North Region) and Marco Mincarelli (Head of Building Services West/South Region) have left the company.
Bouygues E&S InTec Italia will now be managed by Maxime Merolle and operationally managed by Fabio Vecchio. Gunther Hipfinger will continue to be responsible for Caliqua in Austria. Javier Romero (Head of Building Technology Austria) will leave the company.
Rudolf Meier (previously) will assume responsibility for the Energy Transport Telecom division, consisting of Bouygues E&S EnerTrans and Kummler+Matter EVT.
Marco Hirzel will continue to be responsible for the major projects business segment, operating on the market as Bouygues E&S Infra.
Enzo Moliterni (new), Managing Director of Bouygues Energies & Services Switzerland (Facility Ma-nagement), will assume responsibility for the newly established Facility Management and New Business division in addition to his current responsibilities at Bouygues Energies & Services Switzerland. This includes trades such as ICT, Security & Automation and Photovoltaics.
Hans Däpp continues to head the Finance & IT service area.
Sandra Bellani (new) will be responsible for the HR department as well as for the Marketing and Communication department.
Christian Astre (new) is responsible for Strategy, Processes, Quality Management (QHSE) and Purchasing.
